After doing his best to destroy the financial stability of the world, like a reformed thief, Soros is suggesting worldwide a 'federal reserve'. He is totally right ( I guess a thief knows the best way to protect a house!) . To stop these huge hedge fund thugs and currency pirates, you need a reserve system large enough to guarantee some currency stability. Sooner we get there faster the world economy would recover from the current chaos. But once such system gets set up ( I think it would take at least a couple of years min.), countries like Brazil or Indonesia would be a great buy...
