Mr. tonto,
I'm assuming by the full-court press that everyone has been served! <LOL>

"......Looks pretty clear to me. Amazon products, as described on their
website, should be classified as drugs and not as nutritional
supplements....."

Of course it looks "pretty clear" to you, you are a LAYMAN !!!

Keep the hype-machine -a-rolling!!

What is your opinion of this part of an SEC filing:

Dr. Loricchio has granted a license to the Company to manufacture and sell the Products. There are no patents for the formulas and the same are considered proprietary trade secrets. The Company and Dr. Lorrichio have executed an agreement which prohibits the divulgence of the formulas for the products. In the event that the formulas are released to the public, such action could have an adverse impact upon the financial development of the Company in that third parties would be able to manufacture the pills and teas, subject to acquiring plants from Brazil.

Would this cover posting the TON chemical formulas on the AZNT web site? I can't find where any products are excluded from this agreement but TON is apparently not a pill or a tea so this agreement may not apply. Comments?
