Bill Fortune. You have no way of knowing that. MM can move these prices AT WILL based on little or no volume. How do you know if this price drop isn't due to insiders selling? By the way, Edgar is not up to date on 144 sales.

MM's can "manipulate" stock price. They can buy your shares and sell it back to you. I have seen examples where four MM's from NJ manipulated stock that way and after being identified they took their losses and left.
