Well I think you are right. They certainly act like they are a NV company. Gee, do you think we will ever get any kind of 10-K or 10-KSB filing? There was that rumour floated a while back that the financials were coming as part of "the big squeeze plan". Of course that was to have been a couple of weeks ago at this point. Their not reporting is getting pretty suspicious. That silly waiting for a ruling from the SEC excuse not withstanding.

Mark H. in looking for their eps, I noticed something rather unusual. In their May 27th 8-K filing we see the following: COMPANY DATA: COMPANY CONFORMED NAME: AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES INC CENTRAL INDEX KEY: 0000844055 STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION: BLANK CHECKS [6770] IRS NUMBER: 870460880 STATE OF INCORPORATION: UT FISCAL YEAR END: 1231 http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/844055/0000891020-98-000882.txt But then the very next day, without any notice as it were, we see: COMPANY DATA: COMPANY CONFORMED NAME: AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES INC CENTRAL INDEX KEY: 0000844055 STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION: BLANK CHECKS [6770] IRS NUMBER: 870460880 STATE OF INCORPORATION: NV FISCAL YEAR END: 1231 http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/844055/0000891020-98-000890.txt So it would seem that they are calling themselves a NV corporation, though I have no idea if the requisite resolutions and appropriate paperwork were done or if it is just sloppy reporting.
