ASND will not get 70. They'll be lucky if they get 60. It's been beaten down too long. 70 would be nearly 10 times reveunes which is what LU paid for YURI and everyone was disgusted...well...except those of us who were holding YURI <ggg> OG

Dear Tim, ASND current price is still in my opinion a reflection of LU's price. As I have previously belabored ASND-LU deal is done. The stock swap will be between .6-.7 shares of LU for each share of ASND. You do the math. LU 70ish = ASND 44-48ish. The price we get on our ASND shares will be completely up to the market, and ultimately how the market responds to the merger. Ideally, LU should trade in and around 100, which would value ASND at in and around 65?? Any thoughts? Jamie
