Thanks Jim, Some things for everyone to think about: the average trade size today is less than 1500 shares per trade, so my analysis is that, despite the large overall volume, many small traders sold into the news depressing the price; when you factor into this line of thinking that at 09:30:20 a 20K trade went off at 2 25/32 (on the bid), the small size of the average trades today seems more significant. Yesterday there were some large trades and patterns of large trades selling into the expectation of a sell off on the news of today. My sense of this is that what Jim has to say about the meeting tonight deserves careful consideration. IMHO the stock price could easily return to the mid to high $2 based on today's trading pattern, this evening's meeting and demo, and the further expectation of news to come. To All, I just finished work in Phila. so my VIP pass is useless. My investment partner will be in attendance. I should hear from him late tonight or tomorrow morning. The president of Liberty Media, Dobb Bennett will also be there along with other people from Liberty's management. This is just Chapter 1 in a long series of deals with Liberty Media. Don't overlook the significance of having an alliance with John Malone. While other interactive companies may hype their products, ACTV is the only one strategically aligned with the necessary companies that are needed to achieve the kind of success that many of us, as well as Bill Samuels, envision for our revolutionary digital and internet products. This is not just another application to be used in digital programming such as Wink or Source Media, it is another USE of digital TV. In addittion, unlike some the others, it works flawlessly. Look for a nice PR announcement tomorrow. Steve
