Chris, IBM as a good long or short? I picked up IBMVG today at 8 1/8. Very small position but was hoping for a good gain here. Seemed to me it should have had resistance in the 130-131 area and it had allot of trouble piercing 130 5/8. Market closed stronger than I liked but IBM did retreat back to 130. Be interested in your view.

Also note that the rest of the PC group struggling. MUEI down, CPQ flat and DELL was stalled at 59 1/2 most of the day.

PS- Welcome back, it was getting quiet with you gone. Have to go update my charts now.

Lee

>EDIT< Just read the rest of the posts. As for DELL in the 40s, I doubt it. I have support in the 53 range that should hold. I was hoping for a dip into the 40s earlier but the channel line is rising so I think 53 will be about it unless there is a panic type selloff. Remember before the split during the small almost panic dip, it only fell to 98 as I remember. That would equate to around 49. Will know more when I get my charts up to speed. I was trying to get the DLQVMs but didn't like the way it kept creeping up on resistance at the end and was afraid of a closing break through or gap up open where 60 would become support.
