>And you guys dont get it. The argument I am making is not a legal one - its a public perception argument. I dont need context to make a public perception argument. You put one paragraph about kinky sex in a document otherwise full of legalities and you know what? The public is going to think its about sex! <

As well it should, madam! The President yet claims he has legally HAD no sex. Therefore, Starr is forced to show the world that the President is lying through his crooked teeth.

"Like many others, when I read the Starr report I could not believe the endless, repetitious, salacious detail was necessary to disprove the president's denial of sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky. But after watching David Kendall, Clinton's attorney, on ABC's "This Week" Sunday morning, smugly and condescendingly twisting words and denying reality, I can understand what drove Starr to dump every bit of trash he had collected onto the president's head."
-David S. Broder

You see, madam? Here is one of your own, for once in his life, speaking reasonably.

Madam. Here is the thing with my emphasis so that you might feel the point in your bones. Henceforth, back off of Starr. He did the only reasonable thing.
