I just talked to MPTV office (Peggy) and they have met with the judge.... Forgive me if I am not 100% accurate in my terms from my brief phone conversation. Here's the brief overview, with details forthcoming in a press release from the company.... >>> Judge ruled in MPTV's favor to pay Gould for property and MPTV takes ownership >>> Gould says MPTV owes him ~1 Million more than MPTV says >>> Judge ordered audit of payments to Gould to commence immediately and be completed within 10 days. >>> MPTV has up to November 2nd to pay Gould what the auditor says is due. Again, looking forward to a press release that will state more accurately what I briefly received over the phone moments ago.... Big step forward!!! Go MPTV!!! --tahoe
