heres what i have found out, my company reverse merged into an empty shell. the empty shell had approximately 6 million shares they did a 150 for 1 reverse split, it got the shares down to 50,000 or so.
they were given 50,000 shares in the newly formed company.
someone i hear took 300,000 shares of the old pre split shares and has been selling against them, he should only have 2000 shares not 300k, 300k/150 approx, gives him 2000 shares

this is the snag, that must be cleared up.

dont know who is selling shares so i wont post his name.

looking to company for answers
