bp, It's not my double-standard: It's written into the Constitution itself. He is immune from lawsuits brought against him for official acts; he is immune from criminal prosecutions; he can only be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. That's not my opinion; that's a constitutional fact. So do I believe we should treat the POTUS differently when we investigate him? Of course I do. If we throw out our President for piddling charges and accusations, then we are doing the country a disservice. If we run roughshod over federal officials by dragging them before the grand jury once a week, we are doing the country a disservice. Is that so hard for you to understand?

Doughboy.
