Assuming that is split adjusted it means he sold between 2% and 3% of his position. Meanwhile the CEO of CSCO made a similar move during the same approximate time frame. Both companies have been, and still are, very "hot" and good investments.

In the not too distant past (I believe it was SINCE he sold) he announced Dell was going to have another fantastic quarter. Based on Michael's history of not distorting the truth AND since he sold before making any comments it indicates to me he wanted to pull a very meager percentage off the table. Heck, at the rate things are going his stock will probably double again within the next 12 months.
