The fund would include resources from the IMF, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the United States Federal Reserve, Moreira said A Marshall Plan for Latin America. I guess NAFTA was just Phase I of the complete economic integration of the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Brazil and South America. The euro will help integrate Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia into another bloc. With Japan's paralysis, I guess China gets to integrate Asia into the 3rd major bloc and Africa is left out once again.
