They issued a press release today. Same text as 8K.

The lenders already made their money, except maybe the last one.

There is no one left to negotiate anything. Kathryn is a saleswoman, not a CFO. Their last round of financing was done by Barry Hall, for better or worse.

They ceased day to day operations effective today from their press release. Would you hand them money under the present circumstances?

The lenders might find some value in the technology, but they don't need APTX for cashing in on that. This probably goes to the preferred shareholders anyway.

I don't see a bailout coming here. Even if someone stepped in and assumed their debt they would STILL be dramatically undercapitalized.

We were all grasping at straws on this one. The last straw is gone.
