Joe, I just spoke with President of KAHI Holdings (President Peter Benz). He informed me that May Davis Securities out of Baltimore, Maryland will be taking Kaire International public next month (which KAHI has a 23% ownership in this subsidiary). I know it sounds too good to be true!!! ... and that is why myself and many others are buying this dream come true! It looks like a win/win situation. I have confirmed the DD and have spoken to the various KAHI contacts at several of their offices, including the President Mr. Benz on several occasions. The company is overly excited and very optimistic with their goal of rapidly increasing shareholder value along with generating significant revenues with their new capital position through past share distributions and resulting from the subsidiary IPO to occur in a few weeks. Joe, it is very good that you question everything. I have also questioned all I have heard here. I just keep coming up with great news that can be confirmed by the horses mouth! Good luck! I hope you and your comrads check into this one....
