You misunderstood me, JLA. I did not say that the POTUS was immune from anything; I was simply pointing out to bp that the standard for treating our Presidents with kid gloves is codified in the Constitution.

Now wait a minute J, we know according to the report the the intern did give the president oral sex while he was conducting official business on the telephone, concerning Bosnia, I believe. I guess we could make a case that it was an "official act". <g> bp
