No it does not negate it. Actually we got to 8035, which we could consider a double top.

However, tomorrow could open up since we are closing at the highs.

Actually, the 8039 is really not broken unless it is broken substantially, and I normally use 50 points as the buffer, but dont forget the real resistance is at 8095.
