I appreciate your comments on the lawsuit and its disposition. My forte is the scientific end of their product, not its marketing and the incumbent legal issues.

The stock is still fluctuating in parallel with the overall market - which is low. Until IGEN moves independently of the market or the market starts to rebound, I'll stay pat with my money market interest rolling in (I haven't learned enough about T-bills/bonds, whatever they are to invest in that avenue).

I can't speak for the rest of the list, but since traffic is slow at the moment, I wonder if you'd be willing to explain a bit more about who's asking for what and who's offering what and what are the implications of the more likely outcomes? I feel you could do this better than the press has, hands down. The situation has changed dramatically since the original post, which was quite well organized. A post in the form of an update to your original would be very helpful.

TIA for your time.
