Patrick, this is great news. as for Gould, IMO that his motives haven't been in MPTV's interests.....what more can I say, other than we're glad that the judge also saw it that way too!

Gould's been claiming that he's been owed this extra million dollars for a while now. MPTV says they have the paper work to back up their position. Considering the financing parties must have gone over everything with a fine toothed comb, I'd tend to believe them.
