I like what I see in Latin America, it seems to me that it is a vote of confidence for the respective policies. Upon closer looks, perhaps it is a form of confirmation that what happened in Russia will not take place in L.A. Could it be a sign of maturity and growth in the stature of the Latin American markets.... I do not know, but I do believe that the risk seems to be a notch better than in Russia, and possibly in other specific markets of Asia. Mere speculation, but I am certainly pleased. After all perhaps the markets listened to the Mexican finance minister, when he said that the Latin American markets were being punished in an unjust way by what had happened in Russia. Z.
