Still down a lot more than that in a year (more than 50%) -- they seem to forget that. Oh well, whoever did the buying must be idiots. Perhaps they spent the loan before they received it propping their market. That report is as silly as the piece I heard this morning from the editor of the Economist blaming Clinton and/or Americans dealing with him for market instability. Good grief.
