Z.O: You have a good point regarding Investment needed to combine Voice and data.

The Capital may be available. However,in a deteriorating Economic climate, cash flow both for the TELCO's and the Subscriber will shrink. The fear of that is currently showing up in the TELCOM sector . The market is responding by cutting share prices.

I would agree that the changes to Packet communication is inevitable but I do differ in as much as I do not see any rush to spend if there is a global slow down.

I have been eyeing NN as an investment opportunity, but frankly it seems overpriced and since there are many other beaten down stocks that hold better value, I can see no good reason to enter a position.

I am partly basing this on analyst earnings expectations. To me $20 a share is to high of a price to pay for future earnings of $1.00 (for a year), when the projected growth rate after that is less than sky high.

Can someone build a case for investing in NN. I just cannot see it, and am concerned that this stock can drop further.
