I just spoke to Neil. He said that the hearing was moved up to 8:30 AM and that he couldn't attend. Apparently, the judge ruled in MPTV's favor, but wanted to do an audit to determine exactly how much MPTV owes Gould for the property. Neil said that, if anything, the audit should result in MPTV paying Gould less than the current judgement amount. He didn't think that the audit would delay the title transfer. I told him that a lot of people are waiting to see a press release from the company. He said that they are aware that people want to see a press release and that they should have one out by the end of the week. He said that it's not going to happen tomorrow.

The saga continues. Will MPTV ever release a PR? Does anyone speak with Jim V? He was in court today. Perhaps he'll know more about the situation.
