I'm not "misrepresenting" anything. I stated the arguments made by the legal commentators that I have heard. You want to split hairs on the quantity of the substantiating evidence in the report, go ahead. But, I think I agree with David Broder:

dougjn, Regrading the Starr report, dont you agree that people dont want to see this level of dirt on their Chief Executive regardless of how they feel about Clintons misdeeds? It seems to me this is going to cause giggles all over the world for years to come regardless of who is in office at the time. We had a national problem until this report, now we have a worldwide one - thats the way I see it. National security and US economic influence has been compromised. I know republicans that feel this way.
