This is the POINT of the DAY. Excellent.

I think that is the hold up-- exclusivity. I can see why TX wants exclusive and RNTK does not. That is the deal-- if you look at it from a businessman's standpoint.

Let's hope there is NEWS soon-- I am getting sick of waiting on this one...
