Nearly everyone has amassed rules like I won't trade a stock priced over or under $?? and I only trade ?? exchange and never ?? exchange. I don't like to trade stocks whose float is larger than 50m, they usually don't move well and tend to range. So you filter the stocks down to the ones YOU want to trade. Nearly all stocks have had a pullback because of market breakdown, so you might want breakouts after a basing action to start back on trend. I believe Canslim is most logical stock selection process. Look at Friday's IBD for candidates from weekend review Put the MACD(13,34,89) into an expert bullish/bearish band or highlites and watch for the color change.
