RON REECE, I am getting a little tired of your continuos post calling me a PROMOTER, pal, with all your head aches you need to post BLAME else where for awhile. Kinda hurts doesn't it?? But the issue straight and simple is that you admitted on this thread that you were involved in some form of contractual arrangement with AZNT. I didn't just make it up... you admitted as much. And since I'm being called a "promoter", your receiving ANY form of compensation for any reason, while saying "positive things" about AZNT seems in violation of 17(b) as well. Especially if you have received any form of marketable security like options, warrants, etc.. And you posted for many months before you finally were brought to admit this relationship. Now if you have returned the consideration and ended your relationship with the company, just say so and I will cease and desist. But just let me clarify your claim regarding your company having a relationship with AZNT. Are you an officer of this company?? Are you involved in any transaction between AZNT and your company?? If so, I don't see why things are altered. Your company is receiving consideration/compensation from AZNT. You're an employee/officer of that company with a vested interest outside of being a shareholder who has purchased their stock on the open market. I would still suggest caution, especially if you are an officer and have received beneficial consideration, present or future, involving AZNT securities. Better yet, why not just come out and fess up who you work for and disclose what your position is so that you can freely post out here?? I've missed you.... <vbg> Regards, Ron
