I know of several of the posters on this thread who have had to secretly sell shares due to personall circumstances, they just havent told the thread. makes no difference to me, but the funny thing is to see some of the same people asking where the selling is coming from.

Get real, the only restricted shares had the restrictions lifted last year as reported on this thread. The stock was stock that was issued to the parties that sold the shell to george in 1995. seems like im repeating myself but anyways that is the story on restricted stock. At the time of the restrictions being lifted the float was around 3.5 million, it is now 7-8 million i forget, but as you can see the outstanding has only gone up 1 million and the float has changed by 5 million considering those two individuals had 3 million shares as reported on the company info packet, i would say they are gone by conducting a simple math equation.

People can ask until they run out of breath were the selling is coming from, but the fact of the matter is the stock does not have license plates, george doesn't know, George isn't selling because he might need the stock for the major financing, and there hasn't been a large amount of shares issued, there has been no restrictions lifted recently or to be lifted.

Every individual has there own circumstances and i know for a fact that some of those circumstances have resulted in selling of Noram shares, dont make this out to be worse then it is, some of you have only been holding for a month or two ( woopiee), this is a long term hold and the market is finally getting some liquidity going here. Circumstances come up in people's lives.

On another note, take a look at the general market conditions in ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLll BB companies, people have pulled their money out of them, they will come back but during the last couple of months i have seen many BB stocks falling. It will pass.

Active placements, Financing, Revenue, that is what is needed to move the stock along with everyone's efforts in spreading the word.

A token news release does not interest me, what interests me is the company spending its time and efforts on the money and the game , thats it.

The tick by tick discussion has worn out its welcome IMO. This is not a tick by tick investment.

Dave, i spoke with george today, and he asked me if i had anything to do with having you removed from SI last week. Until today i had no idea you were removed, according to you , you needed a break from the board. I never sent anything to SI regarding you EVER , dont make false accusations without proof. YOu have none because i have not done what you apperantly have been saying to other's, Including a close friend of mine. Did JILL TELL YOU OR SEND YOU A COPY OF A LETTER THAT WAS SENT FROM MY E MAIL, THE ANSWER IS NO. BECAUSE THERE IS NONE.

My whole world doesn't revolve around you and you owe an apologee to me and anyone else you have been accusing for your own actions.
