Chill, I don't think Starr is like that at all. But ya gotta admit, he does look the part. No?? Ok just kiddin'.....

Its just good natured partisan fun like when Jerry Falwell narrated that movie about Clinton bumping off people down in Arkansas--ya think he really meant it?? Or the part in the flick about the Vince Foster conspiracy murder coverup blah blah.......
