Beeble, I have heard when looking for a bottom the AD would like to see good volume and several days of 9 to 1 or better AD days. We are not even close. Volume was poor today.

Beeble,

>>>>>>>> what's this tell you...? quote.yahoo.com <<<<

There are some obvious weakness in the market internals. The NAZ had more decliners, so thats not a good sign.

The NEW HIGHS/NEW LOWS are not awful, but they do not justify huge runups either.

The A/D line should be much stronger to justify strong runups.

Yes there is weakness.

unfortunately this is expiration week, so the market may be effected by arbitrage. Sept PUTS could have some problems but Octobers will do fine.

I have heard on many occassions and for a long time that alot of times the arbitrage during expiration week are handled earlier and sometimes in the previous week, so sometimes arbitrage during expiration week may be reduced.

Beeble, I have CLASS SELLs across the board to obtain at tomorrows highs. Almost everything is overbought per my short-term technicals so the upside should be quite limited, even if it opens to the upside tomorrow.

If we runup 200 points at the open, then I will say we are in trouble with our PUTS. until that happens, the pullback is still intact since we did not close above 8039 by 50 points. Sure we wanted to see a big pullback, but keep in mind that the pullback has not yet been negated.

Please understand to negate this pullback the DOW would need to break my 8095 resistance substantially(50-100 points).
