Bull- come on now. WE, the investor, needs to keep OURSELVES on our toes. It's not Mr McGinnis's responsiblity to do that for us. I hope we are all smart enough to decipher what is said in relation to what we know. He doesn't have an obligation to right. He doesn't have obligation to be accurate. He doesn't even have an obligation, if I'm wrong tell me, to not post things he may even know is false. He is not our financial advisor. He is not making money as a broker selling us stocks. He's giving us his personal opinion and insight. Maybe it's right. Maybe it's wrong. Maybe it's worth something. Maybe it's a piece of crap. But whatever, it you, I, and everyone else's responsibility to determine what you want to believe and what you want to discard. I'm afraid this represents the problem of the 90's. No one takes responsibility for their own actions. So, simply, I hope as a concerned and intelligent investor, that each person does his own dd, whether that's contacting the company, contacting the pr company, contacting brokers and news sources, contacting the SEC, or contacting their Psychic, BEFORE they make a buying decision. If everyone did that and took accountability and responsibility for what they do, the Paul McGinnis's of the world would not bother you. He doesn't bother me.
