Hardly a lot, if we take the Starr report at face value. Or am I just perhaps not old enough?

The current Philippine President has 5 acknowledged mistresses, most of them with his children. I wonder if the US embassy is providing diplomatic pouches loaded with Viagra (in exchange, naturally, for various concessions), or if he depends on his natural drives. Either way, nobody discusses it much.
