One possible scenario concerning the alleged 5 to 10 million share short position that has been put forth is that shorting is being done by Dayton and its allies in order to undermine MDIN and its ability to remain a viable company. If that is the case, the shorters probably will never cover if they can help it. Just a few million bucks would allow you to manipulate this stock any way you see fit. I don't personally believe this is necessarily occurring but I have kept the possibility in the back of my mind.

Chief/Vince:

Something to consider...

MDIN is in a legal battle with DAY. IMO, we've got them from a legal perspective. They need to cut a deal with us or they're out of business. If they or their board / debenture holders can keep our stock price depressed, that would give them leverage in cutting a deal.

It was intimated to me at one point in time that one of the members of the new DAY board picked up a couple million shares or so of MDIN. I believe we were in the high $.20's at the time. From there he could have shorted it and continued to short down here using his own stock as collateral, no?

Cheers,

KMT
