Don't know the specific reason for why you are getting that message, however I recall that the "problem" was discussed a number of times in posts below 1000. Best as I can recall, the problem arises (sometimes) when one exits IT without first logging off (like when Windows crashes or 'puter locks up and you do a cold boot). Other times it seems to be random. I recall having the same problem for several days last year - I'd close IT wait a while (10 or 30 minutes) and then try again. Subsequent attempts usually were successful, especially if I switched from Amy to Cindy (or vice versa). The help file suggest that this can happen if someone else is logged on with your password. While true, I think its unlikely if you haven't passed your ID around - but if you don't log off properly, I suppose the server could think that you're still connected until its reset. BWDIK?
