Thank you for those comments, Z. I agree, that economic and political stability is still in the distance. We'll se what happens. Many elections in the offing.

I especially like Chilean President Eduardo Frei's emphasis on education and infrastructure. He recently collared some finances that the Chilean Congress might have moved elsewhere and said something tantamount to (wish I could dig-out the quote) "The people first."

Reminds me of a U.S. President once declaring that fully 15% of Americans had the wherewithal to have their interests represented in Washington. And that it was his job to look after the interests of the other 85%.
