Jim:

As you pointed out the financial funds (FSRBX, FIDSX, FSPCX, FSLBX) and the transportation funds (FSAIX, FSRFX) all jumping up. I think the market will test the 8450 resistance before October.

Went to a Louisville Chapter AAII meeting tonight. Speaker was
Louis Navellier. His talk was on his current methodology, which
is different than his old method two years ago.

His new method has standard MPT (alpha, reward risk ratio) and
some new components. The new components are very much Ben Zacks (Analyst Watch), earnings revision, earnings surprise, analyst up grade/down grade.

Navellier's comments on stocks: small cap has best value, many
big cap stocks are too expensive, mid cap stocks are best stocks
to be in now. He likes medical equipment, airlines, retailing, financial, and selected technology.

I think Navellier is more bullish than most newsletter editors.

Best investing,
Julius
