Just checked back in. (Been watching Cardinals-Pittsburg). The last time there was a major move with NSKY was with the news of the distribution of their only project then, Lady in White, and the stock went to between .10 and .15 in a heartbeat. It is a whole new story now, with three major projects. One, "Freak..." is nearly in the can and headed for the Sundance Film Festival (learned from Reynolds today) if a distributor is not signed on beforehand. The two others have tremendous interest from Hollywood and the trades, which we all know about. My guess is that the news will be on one of the latter. From a purely selfish standpoint, I hope the news is on a financing deal for Face Facts, because it could be shot in a relatively short time and we would then have two movies out there earning big bucks for us (NSKY). The Hell Candidate, now with Leonard Shapiro announced as co-executive producer, is being pointed for release during the 2000 presidential campaign. But, whatever the news, I expect it to be tremendous for us. Our patience is undoubtedly going to pay off here. Donster

To all: I received an email from Colleen in response to my question re: news. she said that we will definitely be seeing news and that she would get back to me with a time frame by the end of the day. By the time I had a free minute and emailed her again she had left for the day. I received a PM from Donster who was able to get in touch with here and she confirmed that news was indeed coming out tomorrow, Morning or afternoon, we wont know until tomorrow comes, but again, it has been confirmed re: news to me, as well as Donster. What we are looking at is awesome. I personally think that news will be out re: the financing deal with Winchester Entertainment re: Face Facts, which will be huge. Face Facts if you recall is going to star Phoebe Cates in her return to the big screen (check out the internet and you will find out that she has more worship sites than almost any actress out there), also the film will be directed by Peter Bogdanovich, who needs no introduction. Once that this is announced, and the industry notices our company, imagine the surprise when they see that our shares are at only .03, you think we wont see some big blocks bought off, you can bet on it. Or, maybe we will see that Freak Talks About Sex was Picked up by a distribution company, which will also be huge. This movie is completely paid for and done which means nothing but profit for NSKY just for the initial advance payment. With Steve Zahn's gaining popularity and upcoming films with the likes of Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, and Sandra Bullock, people will be quite interested to see this movie on the big screen, and were not even talking about video revenues yet. The icing on the cake is Leonard Shapiro, our own highly experienced deal maker when it comes to distribution, both foreign and domestic. So we are all set and waiting for lift off. Remember the last time on just rumor alone of Lady in White, the stock shot up between .15 - .20. Now, once people see legitimate news, the sky will be the limit. Let us be patient and not get antsy if the news does not come out first thing in the morning, but comes out in the afternoon. The main thing is legitimate news is coming out, cause you know Mr. Reynolds doesn't speak before producing. Retaylor
