Seems that flu season came to these parts early this year. Hope that you recover quickly from your internet cold. Opinion on news and fundies: News and fundies go hand in hand, but it is important to do a reality check. Is the news already built into the stock price? Sometimes you can catch a break and the market is slow to react to news. Other times the initial reaction is just a knee jerk and the stock will reverse its course. Careful measurement of the news and its expected impact on the fundamentals of the stock is necessary. After evaluating the news and the stock's recent price and volume history (AH, TA !!!!!) you can determine if the news can be concidered a catalyst for price volatility. So, a mix of the old FA and TA disciplines will get you best results. Sergio ps On the cheapie side, take a look at ADVR. This is not a fundamental selection. LOL
