Well, you have to remember that the Terms of Use are applied as interpreted by SI Bob, who doesn't have a great deal of time to consider the subtleties. And Bob suspended Eric for calling him 'Adolph', not for being a racist. We're on private property here, we have no 'rights', only privileges given as the management sees fit. It is between ourselves where we show our personal stands on principles.

Did Eric contravene the Terms of Use - oh, yeah, many times, and loudly. So what.
The following sentence could be construed to contravene the Terms of Use;

Giraffe was a narrow-minded short-sighted anal-retentive prick for whining to Bob.

... but to me it's just a clear and obvious truth ........ cheers

>>either harassing or libelous or invasive of another's privacy or abusive or threatening or harmful or vulgar or obscene or tortuous or improper or otherwise objectionable?

If so, which? If none, so state. These are, of course, from the Terms of Use. Thank you.<<

Good point. Every person that signs up has agreed to the terms of use. If you don't like those terms you can go somewhere else - someplace where speech is more 'free'.
