We have lost more on this stock since the lawsuit, does that mean we should sue also. These type of lawsuits are bull, when you invest the information you get should be qualified, company officers should be able to be optimistic about there company without fear of a lawsuit. I would venture to guess there were negative recommendations from somebody when these people made there investments. The lawyers are the only ones who will benefit from these type of lawsuits and our investment dollars are being wasted to fight them. Unless there is blatant fraud these suits should end (ie a company says it is selling and making profits from a product and really never had a product). I hope there are some profits next Q.

I have to disagree. OAKT has been going steadily DOWN for several months. Still long and holding. Who is the patron saint of lost causes? I think we need to pray to him.
