Microsoft already is into MicroSfot branded mice, keyboards, game controllers. MSFT can get Fujitsu or a contract manufacturer to build them a graphics card to be labelled under the Microsoft name. MicroSoft would be selling Microsoft branded PCs if they wouldn't get away with it without getting SH!T from the other PC makers.
