Hi Sandra. Last week I advised to look out for MCI/WCOM deal being concluded as YHOO would replace WCOM on Nasdaq 100. Deal was finalized today and YHOO made a nice move from its lows of the day. It will become an index stock tomorrow and will be scooped up by mutual funds.
SAVLY looks like it's gaining some strength. CNWK will get some media play. NOVL looks very tempting. PWAV is one of my favorites.
IFCI is slow due to all of the strikes in the telcos, but the strikes will have no effect on IFCI's bottom numbers.
Hey, remember Instock's BIKR ? I can't believe it actually got a NASDAQ listing. LOL
Check out Kaplan Educational Centers. They're offering law degrees on line. Speaking of lawyers, Jim Wright's analyses of THNK and LEAP was excellent. Well done Jim.
Last, but not least.... Clinton has requested funding for the cash depleted IMF and has warned that he considers the world economic problems most troubling. We're not out of the woods yet, but perhaps
we will see rates ease on the 29th.
