But, almost every earnings announcement date is a problem. Briefing, as of yesterday, said it was on the close of tuesday. Barron's in the past has reported it on the wrong date. Last time, it got to be a real problem because people assumed that COMS must have bad numbers if it has to wait until the last minute to let people know the date. It's a pain-in-the-butt, but this seems to happen all the time, so just a warning to everybody. btw...last time, COMS excuse was that it was an end of fiscal year report, and since USRX and COMS were on different fiscal cycles, it made it more difficult to finalize the report -- something to that affect. joe
