Most U.S. stock index futures continue to rise

Sept 15 - Most U.S. stock index futures continued to rise in thin, illiquid and sporadic trade. Dec S&Ps rose to 1,049, above 1,047, a 38-pct Fibonacci retracement level. "It's not as broad based as you might think," one trader said. He noted that an arbitrage buy program was triggered at 11.8 pts over cash.
