my response:

1. I believe the mm FLSC did keep the stock from going up.
IMO if that had not have happened the stock when have gone to .30 or more and would have had sell offs after the buyout was
turned down leaving it around .15 today.
2. I believe the reason it settled down to where it is now is there was
sell off and the market as a whole has lost a lot of volume.
We will remain in a quiet time until there is news. Fortunately
we won't have to wait long.
3. The reason we got email early (before the market opened)
and the reason we are getting info from the sources we
did (ie the wife), was because the stock was getting unfairly
blasted and some of us on the thread decided to be persistant
and dig up information. I feel Jeffrey Bruhjell has put out very
good PRs in general and certainly gives them frequently.
However, I wish we had had more verifiable information sooner.
Overall I think he better than most CEOs as far as getting
information to us. I did tell him that we don't want early
information, just some more details to help verify the PRs.
4. I have no problem with the way the buyout
was handled. The people at the company are dealing long
term. And the truth is most people on bbs are short term
and we want more money now. I wanted a buyout, because
I wanted everyone to make some money, not the first people out
the door. The company did want the buyout, but stalled
because they needed some more time. I don't know
how they could have handled it differently.
5. The only thing I would do differently if I were IDCN
is get a flier together or an internet site with pictures
of the sites and documents showing work to be done.
I would get an IR person with the company to answer the phones.
Jeffrey is putting together a video which appear on some
investor shows.
6. The biggest problem they have IMO, is that most people
are skeptical of Canadian junior mining stocks. However
after talking with Doug Boddy, I think IDCN can pull this off.
