Estimated Prophet How about a diversion that prices are rising ( half truth ) . Your right that this is a different market but hey look at GTW going up ( Dell is eating their lunch )
On the subject of price poping . Ever notice MU usually pops up when the market opens and when the market closes. Isn't that the time most individual investors do most of the buying ? Wonder how to profit from this action ?

results vs expectations is the key to marginal stock movements. my bet is that all this "turnaround" hoopla hasn't prepared the "investors" of mu for another disaster q. if this q is "good" after a "turnaroud" then wtf is bad? bankruptcy?

i'm not sure if mu is leaking any info this q. i'm not reloading any puts but i'm not selling yet either.

i'm actually hoping cmb goes up some more so i can strangle that dawg again :-)
