Question......... Both AOL and Yahoo show ESVS with appx. 3.0 million outstanding shares. The PR states that after the conversion ESVS will have appx. 15.0 million shares outstanding. That's 10.0 million plus shares. I thought we were only getting 5.5 million. What gives?????? bb

2nd question........ What happened with the calls made to ZULU pertaining to P.H.'s meeting with PT? I don't care to know the answer to "Where's Waldo". However, I am interested to know whether or not the company called back. bb
