What do you mean HEAVY selling. There was only 260K shares sold yesterday far below the daily average. Valueline has them highly rated again.

Insiders sold last March, biz.yahoo.com
They have been restricted from any more stock activity for six months. I believe their time is up next week.
The majority of sales lately, must have come from institutions.

Heard a rumor that a stock buy back was currently under consideration, and that an announcement would be made this month about it.
