I would surmise that of the 5300 pole top units already permitted for central and northern CA, only a fraction of those have been actually installed. If my premise is true, then current lack of coverage area will hinder customer migration from using their current 9600 baud GTE cell phone to PCMCIA modem connection. I would doubt that capital would be an issue, but issuing more shares can not be excluded for awhile.

I think Scott's message pretty much covers it. I think Paul does have a fair bit of control over the management from strategy point of view. Last year when it hit mid-teens was around the time that Paul had increased his stake in the company. My biggest worry right now is that MCOM needs to show some real support from the industry and progress to make market believe in them.
