BBQ, ref... I wonder what Michael gets for the incredible situation he has created in the past ten years?? 1. A nice bank account. 2. Very happy family, friends and employees. 3. Very unhappy CEO's in Houston, Idaho and the frozen tundra. 4. A nice house on the hill(nasty property taxes!), nice cars and other nice toys. The best part is, when you talk to the Dell employees you clearly get a sense Dell is doing something as a business that may have never been done before. From management to the factory floor you can talk to anyone and they know how they fit into the company and really enjoy what Dell is doing. But wait, there's more! :o)
